Two CDK versions were released. The first brought a warmly-welcomed ‘hotswap’ feature for speeding up local development. The second brought a slew of feature changes, some new L1 and L2 constructs, and more work on the new assertions testing library.
Some big changes came with v1.124.0 this week, including changes to the assertions testing library, CFN’s Spec was updated resulting in some new L1s. AWS Glue gets a Job construct, and Redshift tables and users can be created from the CDK now!
